The Agamemnon Guided Autocannon is a weapon capable of handling aiming and firing on its own once it establishes a lock, letting you focus on more important things, like not getting hit.

History

Use

This weapon has some special behavior. To use it you must aim at a mech and hold fire. If the mech has no ECM blocking the lockon attempts the Agamemnon will eventually lock on. Once it locks on you can hold fire and it will continue to hurl explosive shells at your target until it breaks the line of sight with it for three seconds, you run out of ammo, or you let go of fire.

Other Notes

This is not a strong gun, it's meant to supplement your other weapons fire or allow you to continue to present a threat while running away or being evasive. If you fire with your main guns and linger enough to establish a lock, this gun will cover your rear while you get the heck out of dodge.
