History

Infected by a strange extraterrestrial life-form, the parasite-corrupted Rivtech F3715, or Infected Felis represents a true terror on the battlefield. Functionally unaffected by the tumorous growths which are gradually replacing its mechanical components with ones of flesh, its tiberium-carbide/alien bone claws are still just as effective at ripping through mech armor as they were when it rolled off the assembly line. Its jaws however, have not passed through its bizarre metamorphosis unchanged: they now drip with a caustic slime which will swiftly corrode the armor of any mech it bites, allowing it to continue to deal damage even after disengaging its terrified prey.

Description

Small, fast, and deadly, this cat-inspired melee mech does pretty much what you'd expect from a giant robot shaped like a cat; it runs fast, pounces far, and claws mech armor to shreds like a housecat with a new curtain. Its bite does damage over time, meaning you will continue to temporarily cause a gradually decreasing quantity of damage to your victim after each successful bite.

Tactics

For its size the Infected Felis has great melee damage output as well as a powerful damage over time melee attack, however this comes at the cost of being hardlocked. To use the directional jump coil hold your crouch/fly down key to charge while aiming your view in the direction you wish to pounce, then release the crouch key to leap in that direction.
