Weapons are modular in MCM and a mech can hold a variety of different armaments if it is not hard-locked. Weapons may be mounted on Upper Arms, Lower Arms, Pecs, Shoulders, Stomach, and Spine. Each weapon has an associated cost to it which is deducted from the mech's load points. If the total load of a mech exceeds that value then random pieces of equipment are removed until it can properly boot up.
Most weapons are used by activation via the MCM HUD, going into first person, and clicking the left mouse.
