Given the deployment method of this weapon it can be a bit difficult to deploy on a target that is both agile and aware of you, and it is near worthless on air targets.  Against slower moving ground targets that you have the drop on, this can be a rather devastating surprise.

The damage listed is per sub-munition, not for the entire package.  At fifty damage per bomblet that's 300 damage per shot if you can get every explosion to connect.

The Mini Jericho is a MIRV warhead missile system hardmounted to the Maverick 303.

History

Use

The Jericho Missile system fires a single missile that travels a set amount of time before it deploys its payload. When this happens it detonates and separates into a cluster of 6 bomblets. The bomblets scatter out in a burst following ballistic projectile motion and rain to earth, scattering explosions all around the area.

Given the deployment method of this weapon it can be a bit difficult to deploy on a target that is both agile and aware of you, and it is near worthless on air targets. Against slower moving ground targets that you have the drop on, this can be a rather devastating surprise.

Other Notes

The damage listed is per sub-munition, not for the entire package. At fifty damage per bomblet that's 300 damage per shot if you can get every explosion to connect.
