The Crisis Jet is a hardmounted version of the JumpJet available only to the Crisis.
Use
To use a Crisis Jet have it active and jump. You will move upwards while pressing jump. Being propelled by the jet consumes fuel which will regenerate when not in use.
Other Notes
The Crisis Jet has a better regeneration then the standard JumpJet allowing a pilot to stay airborn more easily.
